Highly experienced and efficient in building strategy based on modern and developed systems in the financial, administrative and social fields. Her experience was based on her scientific qualifications, which have been refined by scientific, practical and technical practices for nearly 30 years.

She has held a number of career and leadership positions. She has led two issues at the level of the country, economic reform and human resource development for more than three decades. Mrs. Al-Duwaisan has provided voluntarily services, through the social development centers, aimed at the family and domestic awareness. She was awarded the State Prize for eight books “A Series of Topics in Economic Reform”
